BRANCH MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business performance. The role involves managing staff, monitoring sales and inventory, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring that branch activities are accurately recorded and managed through the company’s ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting/finance background along with practical experience using ERP systems. You will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, cash handling, stock records, sales reports, expenses, and daily branch reconciliation while ensuring compliance with company procedures. The candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills and be able to manage multiple operational responsibilities effectively. What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in branch management, operations, accounting, or administration Practical experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate system records Good understanding of accounting principles, cash management, sales, expenses, and reconciliation Experience with inventory and stock management is preferred Ability to monitor daily sales, purchases, expenses, and financial transactions Strong skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting Good leadership and team-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
